When will my order ship?

• Each item has a different shipping timeline that is communicated on the product listing page.
• Preorder items run around 3-5 weeks for production and shipping time.
• Shipping time 3-5 business days.
• Pickup orders must be picked up within 7 consecutive days of being notified via email, if your order is not picked up within 7 days you will be charged a $10 shipping fee.
• Pickup hours are from Monday-Thursday 10 am - 4 pm. No pickups on Fridays. Holiday hours will vary.

How long does shipping take?

• We ship UPS ground and this varies but typically 2-5 days depending on where you live.
• You can pay to upgrade your shipping at checkout.
• *We have no control of shipping delays once packages have left our facility. Please utilize tracking numbers and local UPS driver to locate lost packages. We will do everything we can to assist.
