When will my order ship?
- Each item and box has a different shipping timeline that is communicated on the product listing page.
- Preorder items run around 4-6 weeks for production and shipping time.
- Shipping time 3-5 business days.
Do you Ship Internationally?
- At this time, we ship only to all 50 states. We are working closely with UPS to explore the best and most efficient international shipping options.
How long does shipping take?
- We ship UPS ground and this varies but typically 2-5 days depending on where you live.

- *We have no control of shipping delays once packages have left our facility. Please utilize tracking numbers and local UPS driver to locate lost packages. We will do everything we can to assist.

What is your return policy?
- Due to the pre-order nature of our items, we cannot issue returns, we are happy to exchange for a different size.
- We reserve the right to deny exchanges for items that have been washed, worn, or opened from the original packaging.
- Exchanges must be done within 30 days of the original purchase.
What if an item arrives damaged or broken?
- Please send an email to: email@example.com with your order number and photo of damaged item. We are happy to replace the item if in stock, exchange for item of equal value or refund for item amount.
Can I use two coupon codes for one order?
- We only allow one discount or coupon code per order, this includes the automatic free shipping over $100.
