• Preorder items ship within 3-5 weeks from our Knoxville, TN studio and fulfillment center. Drop ship including blankets and phone cases items ship separately with additional fees and processing times.
  
  
• Expedited orders placed by 2p EST (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) ship same day.
  
  
• For orders under $150, the shipping cost is calculated based on order total and destination address. For orders over $150, standard shipping is free.

Updated policy April 2026:

• Unworn, unwashed products may be returned within 10 days of receipt for store credit less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
  
  
• Worn, made to order, embroidered and final sale items cannot be returned.
