• Preorder items ship in 3-5 weeks from our Knoxville, TN studio and fulfillment center. Drop ship including blankets and phone cases items ship separately with additional fees and processing times.
  Expedited orders placed by 2p EST (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) ship same day.
  

• For orders under $150, the shipping cost is calculated based on order total and destination address. For orders over $150, standard shipping is free.
  
  
• Unused and unopened products may be returned within 10 days of receipt for store credit less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
