Ready to Ship items ship in 1-2 business days from our Knoxville, TN studio and fulfillment center. Drop ship including blankets and phone cases ship separately with additional fees and processing times.

Expedited orders placed by 2p EST (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) ship same day.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. At this time, we cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery.

• For orders under $150, the shipping cost is calculated based on order total and destination address. For orders over $150, standard shipping is free.

Updated Policy April 2026:

• Unworn, unwashed products may be returned within 10 days of receipt for store credit less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

• Worn, made to order, embroidered and final sale items cannot be returned.
